Now a days as most of the women are working or engaged in some social activities, they find no time to think about a schedule of exercises at home or at the gym. Alternatively hiring a personal trainer is not economical for most of the women.
Now even insurance companies insist on higher premium for obese people who are known to have a higher health risk.There is more pressure to lose those extra weight for social and economic reasons.
