TENSION, ANXIETY, SMOKING, CHOLESTEROL TAKE A TOLL ON YOUR HEART.
Increasing levels of tension and anxiety leads to a number of ailments. Many people, nowadays even youngsters have become prone to heart ailments due to stressful life. A fast paced life with irregular eating habits, smoking and lack of exercise are the reasons.
SMOKING
This habit plays a important role in developing heart ailments and more the stress the more you smoke. Tobacco smoke releases responses i the heart and its blood vessels. Better to quit smoking.
DIET
A healthy and balanced diet will reduce the risk of developing heart disease. Watch your salt intake.
ALCOHOL
Limit to one or two units a day, if must.
EXERCISE
Must exercise to keep the heart muscles active and in good condition. If you are an excess weight person.do reduce it,at any cost.
CHOLESTEROL
High levels of cholesterol, leads to developing high blood pressure, which is the most dangerous sign for running a stroke or heart attack. Lower your cholesterol level by exercising regurally and eating lot of fibre containing food.
TRY AND DO THESE
1)meditate for tension and stress,accompanied by breathing exercises.
2)Relax your mind by pursuing a hobby, outdoor activity,and always set targets which are realistic.
3)Don't get impatient,angry and say no if necessary.
4)Exercise regularly for 45 min daily,consider jogging,running,brisk walking,cycling and any fast outdoor games.
5) Check your cholesterol level at least once in 6 months and must change your diet accordingly.
