THE GOODNESS OF FRUITS
Juices of fruit contain all the goodness in a condensed form. Juicing extracts the liquid from the fruit, leaving the pulp behind, therefore, the body takes the rest from digesting work it does still taking in all the nourishment.
Juices are a rich source of vitamins, minerals. They are low on calories and help boost the body's immune system. The body is always working a lot to keep a balance between the heat generated and the heat it loses during the course of the day. Having a glass of orange juice with your breakfast is a great way to stsrt the day.
1.ORANGE:- A good source of vitamin C. Experts say a glass of orange juice a day can prevent repetition of kidney stones.
2.PINEAPPLE:-Packes with most vitamins and minerals, pineapple juices is a good source of an enzyme bromelain, which aids digestion.
3. APPLE:- Contains antioxidents, which helps prevent the body from developing various types of cancer, as well as heart diseases.

7.GUAVA:- Helps control blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, battles diabetes, combats cancer.
8.GRAPE:- Helps deal with fatigue and stress, cleanses the kidney and liver and lowers cholesterol.
9. PAPAYA AND MANGOES:- Excellent source of vitamin C, beta carotene, vitamin A and fibre.
